After many years of wear and tear, a long winter or a stormy summer, shingles on Ontario sloped roofs may become loose, cracked and/or missing. Roof Flashing Repair

There are many areas on a roof that have flashings. Flashings can be found around chimney’s, skylights and pipes, just to name a few. It is applied to any joints, intersection or termination points on the roof. The main purpose of these thin pieces of impermeable material is to prevent water from passing through into the interior structure.

Or the system may be in need of maintenance or repair after severe weather changes (freeze thaw cycles) making the seams vulnerable and susceptible of leaks.  Regular maintenance and early detection of damages is the key to preventing future problems.
